I've had enough of this. It seems abundantly clear to me now that Misplaced Pages, despite its noble objective, doesn't work. There are too many people where whose mission is not to create an encyclopedia of verifiable information. Their mission is to insert what they believe to be truth with no regard for any requirements such as verifiability and no originial research. They work by repeating the same claims in 1-2 line posts, ignoring all calls for reliable sources (because they have none).
The thing is though, unlike the hordes of POV pushers here I actually have a professional life outside Misplaced Pages. I don't need Misplaced Pages. It's not the center of my universe.
