Non-notable businessman. Searches in English and Bengali found nothing in reliable sources beyond the passing mention that he founded the Dhakeshwari Cotton Mill and was leader of the Dacca District Hindu Mahasabha. (He is not the Surya Kumar Bose related to Subhas Chandra Bose or Netaji.) Fails WP:BIO and WP:GNG.
While all constructive contributions to Misplaced Pages are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
