Unreliable references
@WMrapids: I would like to take a look into this once I have more time, but for the time being I want to point out to one of the most evident falsehoods that were removed: the article previous stated that the Pact's guaranteed included most importantly, amnesty from prosecution for crimes committed during the dictatorship
, but this is simply false. Marcos Pérez Jiménez was prosecuted for embezzlement after his extradition to Venezuela, and convicted officials of the Seguridad Nacional include: Miguel Silvio Sanz, Asunción Cabrita Rojas, Braulio Barreto Manuel Delgado Díaz, Gregorio González Gómez, José Manuel Hernández, José Manuel Polachini, Miguel Antonio Soto, Andrés Melciades Ayala, Ramón Norato Useche, Jesús Alberto Piñero, José Inés Alcalá, Luis Antonio Díaz, Jesús Manuel González, Salvador Graffe, Ramón Emilio Solorzano, Vicente Ferrer Borges, Luis Enrique Torres, Luis Tirado and Daniel Augusto Colmenares.
