January 1, 2003: 5W Public Relations was founded by entrepreneur Ronn Torossian. The firm consisted of one person on a small, 400 square foot, rooftop office with three clients.

January 1, 2004: 5W Public Relations hires its twelfth employee and due to rapid expansion moves into new offices in Midtown Manhattan. The firm celebrates the move by signing its first government account - The Israeli Ministry of Tourism.

January 1, 2005: 5W Public Relations is named the Fastest Growing PR Firm in United States, and wins Boutique Agency of the Year honors from the Holmes Report. The company now employs 30 full-time staffers and again relocates to a midtown 10,000+ square foot office to accommodate its continued growth in both clients and employees.
February 2005: 5W Public Relations wins its first major competitive consumer RFP and is hired by Evian, the world's premier bottled water brand, to create and implement a multi-faceted PR and Events Marketing program as the Brands Agency of Record.
February 2005: Founder, Ronn Torossian is featured in a two-page article by the New York Times.
June 2005: 5W Public Relations expands westward with the launch of 5W Public Relations' Los Angeles office.
September 2005: 5W Public Relations signs a fashion retail giant, The United Retail Group which is the holding company for AVENUE, one of the largest plus-size clothing brands in the United States. The company operates over 500 Avenue retail stores, as well as Avenue.com.
November 2006: 5W Public Relations handles all media for the Groundbreaking Ceremony on the National Mall in Washington DC for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Project Foundation. Martin Luther King, Jr. is the only non-President awarded a 4 acre Memorial plot on the National Mall.
December 2006: 5W Public Relations News Segment Wins an Emmy for Outstanding Interpretation or Analysis of a Business News Story in a Regularly Scheduled Newscast for its CBS Sunday Morning News Segment on 5W Public Relations client Wolfgang's Vault.
January 1, 2006: For the second consecutive year, 5W Public Relations is named the Fastest Growing PR Firm in United States. The company hires its 50th employee.
July 2006: 5W Public Relations wins a major hospitality client, The Patina Restaurant Group which is the nation's leading multi-concept restaurant and food service operator in the premium segment.
August 2006: Ronn Torossian is named to Advertising Age's coveted 40 under 40 list.
January 1, 2007: 5W Public Relations scores a three-peat with Fastest Growing PR Firm in United States honors and officially breaks into the Top 25 list of independent firms. The company celebrates with the hiring of its 75th employee (between NY & LA).
July 2007: 5W Public Relations is hired by Microsoft and XM Radio.
August 2007: 5W Public Relations, the nation's fastest growing public relations firm three consecutive years named to the 2007 Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing private companies in America. 5W Public Relations appeared at #153 on the INC. 2007 list.
December 2007: 5W Public Relations moves offices for the 4th time in 5 years due to rapid growth, now occupying 22,000 square feet in a Class A Building in Midtown Manhattan. The company now has 90 employees (between NY & LA).
January 2008: 5W Public Relations for the second consecutive year dominates events at the Sundance Film Festival with 5W celebrity events attracting Paris & Nicky Hilton, Mary Kate Olsen, and others.
