Title
My remark according to the outcoming President. Why wasn't he referred to as "His Excellency"?. He is the President of the republic, he should be referred to as such, He holds the highest position in the country. Thanks. 184.162.110.16 (talk) 00:04, 24 May 2022 (UTC)
Consensus on infobox image
Given the several changes on the infobox image over the past months, can we have a consensus on what image to use?
- A. File:Rodrigo Duterte and Laotian President Bounnhang Vorachith (cropped).jpg
- B. File:President Rodrigo Duterte.jpg
- C. File:Rodrigo Duterte holds a meeting (cropped).jpg
- D. File:Mongolian Prime Minister Jargatulgyn Erdenebat and Duterte (cropped).jpg
- E. File:President Rodrigo Duterte portrait.jpg
- F. File:President Rodrigo Duterte portrait (cropped).jpg
- G. File:Rodrigo Duterte June 2016.jpg
- H. File:Rodrigo Duterte 2019.jpg
Personally, I find images A, B, and C good, with a preference for either A, which I think is the most balanced, or C, as it shows the Philippine flag behind. Image B shows the Seal of the President and is used in Presidency of Rodrigo Duterte, and this article (Rodrigo Duterte) is not limited to his presidency. Image D has white eye flash, images E and F are doctored and look unnatural, image G has poor quality and lighting, while image H shows a foreign flag behind. Your thoughts and suggestions please?

- I concur with most of the preferred images of Sanglahi86. Oppose to B – too dark/too much contrast, the details of Duterte's eyes were darkened too much, E gives undue focus to the presidential seal, though I have heard common rationale of it being "official" (No, the presence or absence of the seal does not make an image "official") and the insistence to display the whole seal. Also the eyes have the same issue as B for F when displayed at certain sizesHariboneagle927 (talk) 23:33, 17 October 2022 (UTC)
