Per discussions with experienced Wikipedians in preparation for FAC:

  • Trim article size to 45-50 kB (readable prose)
  • Remove or integrate most/all efn's - high quality writing that I hate to lose, can we move them to subarticles in many cases?
  • Research and resolve concerns from Hog Farm on the Missouri section
  • Prune references that no longer have citations based on them
