Mahalo is a Hawaiian word meaning "thank you."

Mahalo Air is an airline that ran from 1993 to 1997 that used the name.

Mahalo ukuleles are made by Saga Musical Instruments.

Dr. Hunter S. Thompson was known to use this frequently as early as the late 60's.

Adam Carolla was known to use the term "mahalo" as his signoff while he was on Loveline.

It is rumored that Mahalo is the name of Jason Calacanis' latest venture.
