== Arbitration request filed ==

A formal ] has been filed, since informal mediation and other methods have failed to resolve this dispute. I am very unhappy with the mess that now exists in several Talk pages. I have summarized all of the points (providing solid evidence for each) that make up the basis of my request. I would appreciate it if all arguments in all pages (including our Talk pages) ceased until the arbitration has been reviewed. Thank you. — ''']''' (]) — 20:38, 2 July 2007 (UTC)

License tagging for Image:Otherlisasimpson.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Otherlisasimpson.jpg. Misplaced Pages gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Misplaced Pages, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Misplaced Pages:Media copyright questions. 16:07, 28 July 2006 (UTC)

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Igotarock.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Igotarock.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Misplaced Pages and may only be used on Misplaced Pages under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Misplaced Pages. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful.

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Misplaced Pages page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Image tagging for Image:Streettracelogo.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Streettracelogo.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Misplaced Pages's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Transformers

I don't dispute the existence of the teaser trailer, and I'm not trying to be heavy-handed in editing. Look at the paragraph about the trailer — "It has been confirmed that the images and storyline from this teaser trailer will not be in the movie." Furthermore, I don't watch the article for Halo 3, but looking at it now, the teaser trailer images suit the content. However, look at the image that you added. There is really no detail whatsoever shown, whereas the Halo 3 screenshots draw from aspects of the storyline. This is an article about the film itself, and while the teaser trailer helped promote the film, the lack of actual relation to the film itself doesn't really need images from the teaser trailer to be shown. If you still feel that the image should be added, please start a discussion on the talk page for Transformers. I'll present my argument there as well, and we'll see how other editors feel about using the image. --Erik (/contrib) @ 17:55, 6 December 2006 (UTC)

Unspecified source for Image:Mourningportrait.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Mourningportrait.jpg. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Misplaced Pages (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the file also doesn't have a copyright tag, then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Misplaced Pages:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Misplaced Pages:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Misplaced Pages:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. —Angr 18:36, 7 December 2006 (UTC)

Knicks-Nuggets brawl

Hi, and thank you for your contributions. As you can see that article had been something of a baby of mine and I'm glad it's going so well now. Just a word of advice as a wikipedian, that you can use the "preview" button before saving to check things like if your wikilinks work or how formatting looks. Saving every few minutes is a good if you're writing a paper for school and your computer might crash any minute, but when you save dozens and dozens of edits in a short session it makes the page history a little difficult to deal with. This is not meant to be a critique, just some advice to make it easier to work with other editors, as it's easiest to check the "page diff" option to see new changes than to reread the entire article. Your recent edits regarding musicology

Would you please explain how could Space music be regarded as a so called "subgenre" of the so called "genre" of Ambient music, given that a lot of remarkable Space music has been released one decade before Mr Eno released some albums entitled Ambient 1-2-3-4 ? Is it an attempt to retrospectively rewrite the events under a different perspective?Dr. Who 17:15, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

No, it's a definition - Space Music *is* ambient music. Period. JAF1970 17:46, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

Can you please provide an indipendent (that is not a popular music magazine) reliable source? No I guess. Ambient music is a "genre" only for the pockets of the music industry. It's just a non-sense defition for musicology. It's just background music. Space music is another story. Also please read relevant talk pages.--Dr. Who 17:53, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

How about the article space music? It's been there for years - you're welcome to delete the ENTIRE ARTICLE, since NOTHING in that entry differs from what is stated there. (rolling eyes) JAF1970 17:55, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
It has been recentl edited by some guy that harrassed me a few times, and I'm tired of edit wars. I hope that he will get definitely banned by the whole community. Cheers.Dr. Who 18:00, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
Do you need a couple thousand references that state space music is ambient music? Or is your entire issue with Brian Eno being included with Space Music? Please, I'm not into Kirk-vs-Picard arguments. I'm only into facts. JAF1970 18:01, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
Only offline references are reliable, please do not send me Google stuff. They are two different types of musical forms (not genres, ok?) that many modern artists involved with modern instrumental music have covered and explored several times (I just hope you are not Gene Poole ;) ) Dr. Who 18:08, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
Never heard of Hearts of Space, huh? How about this? Space music as a subgenre.

Space Music This sub-genre of electronic rock doesn't see that much action, but fans of space music usually can't get enough of it. Space music is hard to describe. It tends to be repetitive and lengthy, built in gradually multiplying layers, very electronic yet not entirely 'thick' or inorganic. Once you hear a few examples, you'll figure it out. Klaus Schulze, who was briefly in Tangerine Dream before they were using synthesizers, is the most famous space musician. His albums "X", Timewind, and Mirage are good starting points for the uninitiated, as well as the absolutely amazing _Sonic Seasonings_ by Walter Carlos. More accessible to ambient house fans is the rare and recently-bootlegged album called Space, a pseudonym for Jimi Cauty of the KLF.

Argument over.JAF1970 18:37, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

That link you provides is obviously a good example of an hacker in action. None in Europe takes that stuff seriously. I asked you reputable offline sources, such as an Oxford Dictionary, just to begin with. Yes argument over.Dr. Who 00:04, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

That's nice. But we're here in America, where it IS considered ambient music as well as New Age. JAF1970 00:16, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

Misplaced Pages is an international site. This is Misplaced Pages in English, not aimed only for Americans, Brits and a few others. And don't forget that words are words, and terms means concepts and ideas.Dr. Who 00:36, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

Um, you've got it backwards. You're the one who is claiming that it's English only, by stating "In England..." You're also vandalizing pages with no citations or references. Furthermore, I suppose you'll say Hearts of Space was edited by a hacker, too? JAF1970 00:43, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

I am trying to mediate between previous versions. I told you in Europe", not England. PLease recognize that my version is the best available at the moment. Please admit that you are watching facts with a "listener's" point of view, instead I am trying to report the facts that users like you are telling me adding some more enciclopedic tone. Why do not admit that my version is the best one at the moment? I am not offensive, I tried tosmileto you, but you refuse to see that. There are many inconsistencies in everything you are saying. Please, do not start an edit war against me, pleas revert again that article, read it carefully, and let's try to edit it together, ok? Cheers.Dr. Who 00:56, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

User name edit.

JAF1970, before you place your words on my page, at least have the common courtesy to sign your name. Furthermore, "race card", in the context it was used when I removed it, was not from a neutral point of view. Phillip J. Fry 02:15, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

Pinball FX

Pinball FX was previously deleted after Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion/Pinball FX, partly on the grounds that it hadn't been released. Is there any evidence that it has since been released? You can reply here. Thanks.--Kchase T 16:34, 19 February 2007 (UTC)

It's an upcoming XBLA title! JAF1970 16:36, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
It was deleted for the reasons listed in the linked discussion: no indication of release, not verifiable, not notable. The current version doesn't read like an advert, I'd say. When is it going to be released?--Kchase T 16:42, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
Xbox_Live_Arcade#Upcoming_games <- the confirmation links are here. I'll put the links in the actual Pinball FX article if that's needed. Annoncement. And none of the XBLA titles have set release dates. That's not how Microsoft works.JAF1970 17:37, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
IGN says 2007 JAF1970 17:46, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
The last link did it for me. The reason I've been asking you about this is that recreations of previously deleted content may be speedy-deleted under WP:CSD#G4. I don't think you knew you were recreating a deleted page, but now you do. In any case, the fact that there's now a release date is enough for me not to want to tag it for speedy deletion. Since it's a future product, things may change as we get closer to the release. Thanks for your help.--Kchase T 20:55, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
No prob. No, I didn't know there was a previously deleted article. Notice I quickly added references to the article to avoid confusion.JAF1970 22:02, 19 February 2007 (UTC)
Great. Thanks for your help.--Kchase T 11:59, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

MLB 2k7 Cover

Haha, insecurity? I'm not the one getting so angry about a simple vandal. I think the more likely scenario is that you're an insecure Yankees fan who can't take a joke. Stukov 02:00, 26 February 2007 (UTC)

It's not insecurity on my part. It's called "not disseminating wrong information". And you're using Misplaced Pages to tell jokes? Is that your main reason for editing here? No wonder you have a mile long list of vandalism complaints. JAF1970 08:06, 26 February 2007 (UTC)

Unspecified source for Image:Sporephases.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Sporephases.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self-no-disclaimers}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Misplaced Pages:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Misplaced Pages:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Misplaced Pages:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Fair use rationale for Image:Eos c64.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Eos c64.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Misplaced Pages articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Misplaced Pages page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. (ESkog) 15:39, 11 May 2007 (UTC)

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Boomboomrocket1.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Boomboomrocket1.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Misplaced Pages under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Misplaced Pages. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

Thank you. BetacommandBot 19:27, 11 May 2007 (UTC)

Edits to Meikyukai page

"Ichiro Suzuki and Hideki Matsui are the only players in the Club who have split time between the Japanese Baseball League and Major League Baseball; they are both still active players." (from Meikyukai page)

Shingo Takatsu and Kazuhiro Sasaki also split time between the Japanese professional leagues and the majors, and Takatsu is still an active player (in Japan).

I also fixed some spelling issues ("Showra Era" to Showa Era). —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Thinkbeforeyouclick (talkcontribs) 16:52, 13 May 2007 (UTC).

The press release calls it "Showra". JAF1970 16:59, 13 May 2007 (UTC)

Image tagging for Image:Fallout3 easteregg.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Fallout3 easteregg.jpg.

License tagging for Image:Image-Larryhyrb.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Image-Larryhyrb.jpg.

06:07, 13 June 2007 (UTC)

Image:Popclassic.jpg

I have tagged Image:Popclassic.jpg as {{no rationale}}, because it does not provide a fair use rationale. If you believe the image to be acceptable for fair use according to Misplaced Pages policy, please provide a rationale explaining as much, in accordance with the fair use rationale guideline, on the image description page. Please also consider using {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Misplaced Pages:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. Thank you. Your edit of the Halo 3 page as of 2007 June 20, 20:38

Could you please explain both your edit, and the comment you made in your revision of the Halo 3 page here.

Not only did you copy edit from the older version, you made the comment that my edit looked "amateurish." Even though I added a far more developed citation (which you reverted) and removed the unnessary list of the name of each and every level.

In my opinion, my revision read much more fluently and quickly gave exactly where this information came from rather than the indistinct "what is known." I also find "Giving some clue as to the game's length" in my edit much more easy to read than "which gives some information about the length of the game and an indistinct view the story arc." Which begins to tread into the relm of speculation as very little can be gathered from the level names themselves.

I await your response. RC Master 14:06, 23 June 2007 (UTC)

Amateurish, as in uninformative, with fractured sentences (ie. "Giving some clue as to the game's length." - not good English at all.) The edit was unnecessary, and it was NOT speculative. JAF1970 18:09, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
Admittedly, it was not a perfect edit, as it was not supposed to be but, I contest that it was "uninformative."
It stated exactly where this information was from, intended to give the reader a more informative view of this information as it is not perfectly infallible. Just because the Achievement list calls them "levels" doesn't mean that other people would consider then to be either "chapters" within larger levels or ones that span many levels.
Secondly, there is no need to list all the level names, as they offer no more useful information than what has already been stated; there are nine of them. The reader can check their names by simply going to the citation (i still do not understand why you butchered mine), if indeed those are their names. What we have is simply the name of the achievement, it does not nessesarily mean that those are the names of the levels themselves. RC Master 14:06, 23 June 2007 (UTC)

Image:Image-Larryhyrb.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Image-Larryhyrb.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Misplaced Pages articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

 1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
 2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Rettetast 19:13, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

Image:Microsoftpoint.gif

Please do not use the image above in articles. The reason is that many readers will not know what the symbol means, when just linking Microsoft Points would be fine. The other reason, is that it is a fair use image, and these are not allowed on pages other than those depicting the subject. I don't think prices are that important in game articles anyway, but I'll leave that up to you. - hahnchen 10:33, 23 June 2007 (UTC)

Sure they will. Clicking on it shows the meaning - and anyway, there's always a currency conversion after it, anyway. It's not like it's being used in any other article save Xbox Live Arcade games. JAF1970 14:48, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
Apart from the jarring effect of having an image in line with the text, it'd be a lot simpler if you just linked Microsoft Points. And the fair use guidelines on Misplaced Pages really don't extend that far. - hahnchen 15:42, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
I disagree. And symbology for other specialized graphics (ie. Gamerscore) have been used. I've already gotten permission from the relevent authorities as well. JAF1970 18:45, 23 June 2007 (UTC)

I apologize for my late response on the Microsoft Points talk page, but considering that you hadn't replied, I decided to go ahead and tag the image for missing fair use rationales, per the relevant content guideline. Dancter 16:56, 25 June 2007 (UTC)

General commentary regarding how you deal with people

Since Talk:Pac-Man Championship Edition isn't really an appropriate place to bring this up, I felt it would be better to bring it up here. As I mentioned there, I apologize for getting so heated up in the debate over how that article should be handled. But judging by other comments further up on this page, I am not the first person to incur your wrath over disputed edits, so I'd like to take a moment and share some thoughts with you.

I really did not appreciate the way you were addressing me yesterday. I felt that you were being unnecessarily harsh, arrogant and high-and-mighty about your skills, and calling me a "loon" and trying to make it seem like I was deliberately shooting down all of your hard work was particularly uncalled for. (Yes, I saw your request to SeanMooney.) I noticed in reading further up in your Talk page that you have a tendency to believe that your way is the right way, come what may, and therefore you come across with the attitude that anyone who disagrees with you is automatically wrong. That's a very unhealthy attitude to have here on Misplaced Pages, where the idea is mass cooperation and consensus among editors.

I have a few suggestions for you. First off, ease up on the trigger a bit. As I mentioned in Talk:PMCE, people like me are only trying to help, and I dunno about you, but I'm certainly not perfect. I make mistakes, and I'm not above admitting that I make mistakes and correcting them. However, people like me do NOT appreciate having our faces rubbed in our mistakes. Pointing them out is one thing. Telling me how you are a scholar at some institution where they teach you how to research, and using that as a basis for demeaning me, is quite another. For example, you could simply have said "The word 'chain' doesn't seem appropriate there - it isn't used in the official documentation." I would have been happy to explain why I used it ("chaining" is a common concept in many types of video games, especially puzzle games), but I also would have been happy to change the terminology (which I eventually did anyway).

Second, I'd suggest being a little more humble. Unless you can prove that you're the absolute number-one authority on a subject, when people come and ask you for clarification on your edits, or respond to your questions, you really should be a little more open to actually discussing the matter with them. I saw several instances of forms of "I don't need to justify myself" and "End of discussion" in very dismissive tones between the debate last night, your edit summaries in PMCE, and past discussions on this Talk page. You seem to come across as believing that you know everything and everyone else should just know how you think. Again, it's an unhealthy attitude, and it does not help the Misplaced Pages community at all, no matter how valuable the majority of your edits might be.

And finally... I don't care who you are, where you came from, who your friends are, how many project leaders or admins you have on your side, or what not. Don't use phrases like "I'm going to get my friend involved" as means of intimidation. It doesn't work, and all it does is make you look like the kid who gets his way by screaming the loudest. We shouldn't be fighting here. We should be working together for the greater good.

Okay? I'm not trying to hurt anyone here, but I feel that I have been unnecessarily slighted by your actions, and I would appreciate a sincere apology.

Thank you. — KieferSkunk (talk) — 16:59, 26 June 2007 (UTC)

I'm always polite, as I was - unfortunately, you do not discuss nor converse. You just insist you're right, post whatever you like, and dismiss any protestations. I think you should analyze your own behavior before you start criticizing others'. JAF1970 17:11, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
I can point to several examples from last night where your responses were very impolite indeed. But that's not going to help matters. Tell me, though: How was I any less civil to you than you were to me? I have yet to see you acknowledge that you might possibly not have handled that debate in the best way possible. I have asked you several times to discuss these issues with me openly and civilly, but instead, you chose to rub my face in the minor mistakes I'd made, and used them to try to tell me that I don't know what I'm doing. It seems you're looking for people to make perfect edits, and when they don't, you come down pretty hard on them. — KieferSkunk (talk) — 17:16, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
That was a reaction to your behavior. JAF1970 17:41, 27 June 2007 (UTC)
I apologized for my behavior. What more do you want? Are you above apologizing for yours? — KieferSkunk (talk) — 18:41, 27 June 2007 (UTC)
I didn't see any apology - then again, I've been skimming everything in talks right now. But if you apologized, I accept it and offer my own. JAF1970 18:53, 27 June 2007 (UTC)

manners?

Why not check what you've done on the civilisation page - perhaps you think that civilisation is a better link for the series than Civilization (series), or that the publisher is not 2K games - from the press release "2K, a publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO), announced today that it will publish Sid Meier's Civilization Revolution"? This to me read that '2K will publish Civilization Revolution"

Also if you read the press releases you will find that nowhere does it yet say that there will be a DS version.

Also note that these two links http://blogs.pcworld.com/gameon/archives/004753.html and http://www.joystiq.com/2007/06/28/sid-meiers-civilization-revolution-coming-to-new-gen-consoles-a/ add no new infomation, they just repeat what the press release says.

Also the DSfanboy site has assumed that the game is coming to the DS (as it says in the title) - but that's just shitty reporting unfortunately as so far the game has only been confirmed to be coming to 'handhelds' - which may or may not include the DS.

So why did you revert?87.102.4.153 15:02, 29 June 2007 (UTC)

Go to the talk page, not mine. JAF1970 15:03, 29 June 2007 (UTC)
I've requested someone else look at this - you aren't really responding to my problems, and you don't seem to understand that 'speculation' is not good. Also 'compromise' is not a good way to reach a solution - I'm not prepared to be stonewalled into accepting a factually wobbly article.87.102.4.153 16:12, 29 June 2007 (UTC)

MLB 2K7 glitch

I understand your reason for removing that information from the page, and I'm not protesting. However as someone with the game, I know it is true and it's now widely known among those with it. Is there no way to word this or present it at all? I mean I would think with something I know to be true there would have to be a way to source it without an online article. Can we not say many users have complained about a possible glitch or something along those lines? I'm not trying to be a problem, but I know in my mind it's a real and relevant thing so I'd like to be able to include it.►Chris Nelson 15:33, 29 June 2007 (UTC)

Can you find any articles about it? If you can even give me a long forum topic, I can add it as "people reporting on forums", which is valid enough. JAF1970 15:34, 29 June 2007 (UTC)
As far as a single, long forum topic goes, I'm not sure where enough gamers gather to create one. Here are some I've found rather quickly though:

I really don't know where all the gamers go, so I understand if this is not enough.►Chris Nelson 15:40, 29 June 2007 (UTC)

Okay, posted it with the Wiki requirements in mind. Should be good enough for all involved. JAF1970 15:45, 29 June 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for your help on this.►Chris Nelson 15:52, 29 June 2007 (UTC)

Arbitration request filed

A formal request for arbitration has been filed, since informal mediation and other methods have failed to resolve this dispute. I am very unhappy with the mess that now exists in several Talk pages. I have summarized all of the points (providing solid evidence for each) that make up the basis of my request. I would appreciate it if all arguments in all pages (including our Talk pages) ceased until the arbitration has been reviewed. Thank you. — KieferSkunk (talk) — 20:38, 2 July 2007 (UTC)
