== Турците ==

--] (]) 11:16, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

Connection with User:Monshuai?

I found this user taking something I wrote in a debate with User:Monshuai, here User talk:Martijn faassen and using bits of it literally here Talk:Turks in Bulgaria. The text in question is: I won't go into a debate, but since you are talking to me about it, I'll try to explain what's going on. Cited sources are good. Cited sources don't make any text in Misplaced Pages immune to further editing. It depends on the quality of the text and the quality of the sources and whether what's in the sources matches the text. It depends on what other sources there are. Lantonov might just have been reading my edits and lifted this text as useful (without attribution). Since both users also seem to be interested in pushing POVs in connection to Bulgaria, there may be a deeper connection. I will definitely now be as wary of User:Lantonov as I already am of User:Monshuai. Martijn Faassen (talk) 19:10, 14 December 2007 (UTC)

A direct response to Martin Faassen. No, I am not Monshuai, Martin. I am what I have written on my talk page. If you continue to insist that I am Monsuai, I will initiate an investigation of IP addresses to prove that I am not, and then hold you responsible for your insinuations of dishonesty. As for the sentences that I copied, I admit that I copied some sentences from your response to Monshuai because I deemed them pertinent for the discussion with Nostradamus. I did not give credit because Misplaced Pages explicitly says that everything written here is not copywrited. If you still insist on giving you credit, this is it: the credit for the text: I won't go into a debate, but since you are talking to me about it, I'll try to explain what's going on. Cited sources are good. Cited sources don't make any text in Misplaced Pages immune to further editing. It depends on the quality of the text and the quality of the sources and whether what's in the sources matches the text. It depends on what other sources there are. goes to User:Martijn faassen. Lantonov
My connection to Monshuai is only that I and him happen to have the same reverence for historical truth and distaste for people who try to distort it, and push their preposterous opinions here in Misplaced Pages. Lantonov (talk) 09:37, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
I share your passion for truth. You seem to think I insist you are Monshuai. Obviously I cannot know such a thing, which is why I didn't insist it. Note that separate or shared IP addresses both don't prove very much anyway. I just don't like my words being taken and reused just like that, and I wasn't going to let you get away with it. Next time if you like my words, the polite thing would be to ask me whether you can use them, or simply make clear you're quoting someone else. Thanks for the credit.
You share with Monshuai your passion for historical truth, your Bulgarian background, and that you're not very prone to actually apologize for your misbehavior. :) Martijn Faassen (talk) 17:59, 15 December 2007 (UTC)

Молба

Би ли номинирал статиите battle of Pliska, battle of Anchialus и battle of Kleidion за избрани или поне А или GA?

Human rights violation...

About the Turks in Bulgaria (durig communism) Can you find some sources about that, probably Bulgarians were archived this information? --Ilhanli (talk) 16:24, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

Ok, I agree with the quote in principle. Will look were it was taken from. Lantonov (talk) 16:25, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

It appears for the first time here . No reference though. Lantonov (talk) 16:33, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

I'm searching to give an refference that at that time there was human rights violation; Here it is, Cited in FindArticles.com from NATO,1986

Yes, it is "flagrant violation of human rights" there. Very relevant source. Lantonov (talk) 16:42, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

Thanks and Happy New Year

Firstly, let me wish you a very happy New Year and thank you for your help in the Milhist Tag & Assess 2007 drive.

Secondly, although the Tag & Assess 2007 drive is now officially closed, you are very welcome to continue tagging and assessing until 31 January 2008. Any articles you tag and assess during this time will be credited fully to your tagging tally for further award purposes.

Thirdly, if you can find the time, it would be great to have your feedback/comments and participation in the recently-set-up Tag & Assess workshop The idea is to see what lessons we can learn from the 2007 drive to make the 2008 one more efficient and enjoyable.

Thanks again for your help, --ROGER DAVIES  10:40, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
