I'll leave some comments there if the admin requests a comment from me. Just to warn you though it wouldn't be GoHuskies is great this, great that. Some of your comments to Master have not been constructive. I know he's difficult to deal with and I agree he reports people way too quickly and often, but ganging up on him on that forum wouldn't help. I'll jump in if necessary. --] (]) 19:36, 29 May 2008 (UTC) I'll leave some comments there if the admin requests a comment from me. Drake Bulldogs

"The Drake is Great" is not the team catch phrase, show a source. I have listened on KRNT, read all the press releases by Drake University, read the Des Moines Register and they have written articles about there is NOT a name for the team. The only ones to reference it were two ESPNU announcers who do not follow the team at all. --Josh (talk) 22:40, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

My friend just because you cite a script, that isn't a source. That would be like me citing that Thomas Jefferson wrote the declaration of independence and citing the declaration on another article because their slogan was supposedly independence.--Josh (talk) 00:05, 28 February 2008 (UTC)

To reference something you have to have for example the name of the phrase in this case "The Drake is Great" from several sources that are using it in the maner of a catch phrase for the 2007-08 Drake Bulldogs men's basketball team. --Josh (talk) 00:31, 28 February 2008 (UTC)

Please stop reverting the 2007-08 Drake Bulldogs men's basketball team page. That was not the team slogan, nor is that even a valid citation. --Josh (talk) 02:30, 2 May 2008 (UTC)

Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion/Yahoo! Fantasy Sports (2nd nomination)

Please don't edit closed archived discussions, such as you did at Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion/Yahoo! Fantasy Sports (2nd nomination). Corvus cornixtalk 20:54, 2 May 2008 (UTC)

It gets complicated. Re-edit the Yahoo! Fantasy Sports page and change "2nd nomination" to "3rd nomination", and be sure you put the correct, new AfD page, into the WP:AFD page. Corvus cornixtalk 21:00, 2 May 2008 (UTC)

No, there's no other template past the first time. Once you've applied the first template, and see that there's already an AFD nomination there, edit the article. The template that's already there should tell you that there is a previous discussion, and what you need to do to change it to create a new discussion. Corvus cornixtalk 23:13, 2 May 2008 (UTC)

For example, if you go and look at the page you put the template on, and edit it, you'll see {{AfDM|page=Yahoo! Fantasy Sports (2nd nomination)|date=2008 May 2|substed=yes|origtag=afdx}}. Change the "2nd nomination" to "3rd nomination". Corvus cornixtalk 23:15, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
Hey, sorry if I snapped a bit in the AfD discussion. Notability isn't temporary, and if a subject is notable, it definitely deserves a page here. The fact that the page is poorly written is never a reason to delete if the subject is unquestionably notable. Ten Pound Hammer and his otters23:51, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
I'm not an admin, but you don't need admin-ly powers to merge; you can always be WP:BOLD and do it yourself. However, there seem to be just enough sources for this to stand on its own, so I would say hold off on the merging until there is more of a consensus as to whether the info should be kept or just merged — right now, the consensus seems in favor of keeping. Yahoo! Sports

In response to your latest comment on my userpage. In all honesty, it is not. It is a list of the games. Also why would Yahoo! want people to know about their failed games that they had to stop?--Josh (talk) 20:13, 3 May 2008 (UTC)

Articles

What articles have you contributed to. I do not see any at all. All you do is delete and try to agrivate me. Well, I hope you one day realize your actions are detrimental to[REDACTED] and are self serving your own motives. Why not contribute to[REDACTED] instead of sticking your opinion in places where it dosn't belong. --SportsMaster (talk) 21:05, 18 May 2008 (UTC)

Alleged Wikistalking

Hello. Please see this report at Wikiquette Alerts which involves you. It is not clear to me whether or not the allegations are true, however, I was very concerned about the stub tagging regarding the NBA All-Star games. Although all of the articles on the All-Star games are formatted in the same way, it seems you only tagged as stubs the ones created by User:SportsMaster. If that was intentional, that kind of behavior is highly discouraged.

Anyway, let me know if you have any comments. And if you are following SportsMaster around, please stop. Thanks! --Jaysweet (talk) 20:51, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

All-Star "stubs"

Can I ask why you tagged 1997 NBA All-Star Game as a stub but not 1998 NBA All-Star Game, even though the former is more comprehensive? I am sorry if I have you all wrong, but it looks like you are only tagging them as stubs to piss off User:SportsMaster. Did I miss something? --Jaysweet (talk) 21:31, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

I am stubbing them all right now. -GoHuskies9904 (talk) 21:32, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
Okay. So can I ask... have you been following User:SportsMaster's contribs? I have to tell you, it looks a little fishy... but I'm not yet convinced either way. --Jaysweet (talk) 21:34, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

I do not follow anyone's contribs. In fact I like alot of his stuff. I'm trying to help where I can. Those NBA All-Star articles are nothing more but box scores. -GoHuskies9904 (talk) 21:36, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

Alright, fair enough. Hopefully you guys can get along ;) --Jaysweet (talk) 21:39, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
