| The Arbitration Committee received a request for unblock from this user via e-mail. On my discussion with this user, the following was noted; | |||
| # He openly admit to flooding #wikipedia-en to me on IRC. He said "i used to botnet #wikipedia for giggles", then "now i rarely do it", ''rarely'' being the operative word there. He was not even remotely apologetic. | |||
| # When I said I was declining his unblock, he said "I'm involving a crat anyway". I told him that not only am I a bureaucrat, but that they had nothing to do with unblocks.
