LOL! Ahh, revenge is sweet... :) Anyway, the Pepper song has been reviewed (as you well know, because I saw your very stream-lined and professional edits on the references - very impressive) but I think we have a compromise. The reviewer thinks that the Mal debate (between us, of course) is "dispiriting", which "hits the nail on the head", IMO.

I think you should do it, John. Your edit ideas for the Mal things were really good (and you did them) so I think you should "bust your cherry" by doing it. Take it home to GA. I really hope you do, and then you can add it to this. It's a wonderful feeling, believe me. (I can help anytime you want, if you want). No, I didn't change all of the dates. I changed one, but I reworded it so that it is neither (click the link to see the current version). Hope there won't be a problem. I was just going to write on the talk page that I will be working substantially on this article as I did to Rain, and that if anyone wanted to leave me comments, feel free. Oh, by the way, I make a lot of "experimental" tests, with "experimental" meaning I do it, look at it, and then see if it's okay. I must have had a brain blip. I thought a DIFF I did on recent changes showed US-style dates, but now it doesn't look that way. Sorry about that.

Thanks John. There is little doubt (in me anyway, as I remember it in real time!) that the Beatles - John & George in particular - were very impressed by Dylan. But how to illustrate this point without over-blowing it is tricky. Obviously, Paulito is quite entitled to question it - but must do that on the articles discussion page. I did? Sorry - that was totally inadvertent - I was trying to reinstate the US stuff that had been lopped off by an IP in October without any discussion or indication of why it was done. I thought I only re-added the US singles, but I must have made an error. Please reinstate - it was not intentional.
