The Big Baby appears to be a combination of a grenade launcher body and huge shotgun shells, seeming to contain none of the occult materials such as in the comics. The Big Baby was used only once, against a Forest Elemental, or Tree God. When fired, the gun shot two shells at once. The first shot impacted on the lower body, and the next shot was in the "energy ganglia", indicated by Johann Krauss.
