I can understand your desire to draw attention to a product fault. If it was widely reported as a major fault, it could be added to the ] but that doesnt seem to be the case here, and the ] page isnt about a single product. My suggestion is to completely rethink your strategy: ignore the iPhone articles for the moment, continue to work on ] as a background task, and find other vectors to improve how readers can find this information. Here are some ideas that have come to me quickly.
* ] - ] is a better venue to highlight specific issues.
* {{tl|Infobox Information appliance}} - Articles about films have ratings; is there an opportunity to bring the same to products? Find other topical areas which have ratings in the infoboxes, and create ] ?
* ] - comparison articles are intended to help the reader evaluate differing products.
* ] - maybe there is room for a ].

If it was widely reported as a major fault, it could be added to the WP:LEAD but that doesnt seem to be the case here, and the iPhone page isnt about a single product. My suggestion is to completely rethink your strategy: ignore the iPhone articles for the moment, continue to work on WP:CRIT as a background task, and find other vectors to improve how readers can find this information. Here are some ideas that have come to me quickly.
