Can you explain better how something published by ''Time'', the ''A.V. Club'', ''IGN TV'', (etc.,) and the network itself is an unverified rumor/speculation? I mean, in eight months they ordered the pilot, they finished the pilot, they ordered the series, they announced the cast, they announced the crew, they announced the title, they did all the press for the series, then they said "By the way, we're going to change the title", and all the major sources reported on every step of it. The lack of a title, by itself, doesn't seem to warrant deletion. | |||

Hey Otter King...
Two requests from you.
- A couple of days ago, you contacted ♫Greatorangepumpkin♫ T. He'd recently contacted me regarding an attempt at uploading a copyrighted Otis Redding photo and appeared to be struggling here on the en.Misplaced Pages (for one thing, it was the first time someone left his messages at the top of my talk page-- the oldest un-archived part of my talk page. Please have a look. I'm not certain, but I believe I met the same editor on the de.Misplaced Pages and if so he was in sync with the way things are done there. (Did you know that they discourage infoboxes there??!) I don't think I'm the best coach for him, and maybe his faux pas comes from the differences between the German and English Misplaced Pages guidelines, I'm not sure... not one of my primary languages. But when I was a wee little Wikipedian, your work at the new editors' help desk often inadvertantly helped me a lot. I know something of the rules for uploading (with explanation) copyrighted pics to this Misplaced Pages, and using only the 2 accepted Creative Commons for uploads to Wikimedia Commons, but may not be right for the other stuff. Maybe you can take a minute to see about helping a motivated but confused new editor here?
- Question two: I never learned how to create a Category in Commons. I've uploaded over 600 photos of musicians and some of architecture to Commons, but have ADD and longwinded explanations if they even exist generally don't help much. Not a good excuse, but being an older editor, I know little about computer use too, and so in the past, User:Spinningspark would outline explanations, like "1. Do this 2. Do that next 3. Now, do..." I know I could help a LOT in Commons if I understood the making of Categories but prefer not driving him insane. Can you help me with it? I have a few questions about how it works- I think I might be visualizing an upside down pyramid or something. I also need an ORTS account (whatever that is)! --Leahtwosaints (talk) 20:31, 22 September 2010 (UTC)

Talk:Travis Tritt and WP:ARCHIVENOTDELETE
Hi, I notice you've been working on the Travis Tritt page. In particular, I notice that you removed the contents of the Talk page. Please don't do that; it runs against the talk page guidelines. If you want to archive the Talk page, that's one thing, but simply blanking the page is very bad form, and could be seen as vandalism. I've restored the Talk page to its state before you blanked it. // ⌘macwhiz (talk) 03:18, 23 September 2010 (UTC)

Nomination of Hunting (House) for deletion
A discussion has begun about whether the article Hunting (House), which you created or to which you contributed, should be deleted. While contributions are welcome, an article may be deleted if it is inconsistent with Misplaced Pages policies and guidelines for inclusion, explained in the deletion policy.
The article will be discussed at Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion/Hunting (House) until a consensus is reached, and you are welcome to contribute to the discussion.
You may edit the article during the discussion, including to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Drmies (talk) 20:09, 23 September 2010 (UTC)

Burn One Down
Hello, I noticed that you moved Ben Harper's Burn One Down song in place of another artists' song which is fine. I understand why you may have deleted it, but please don't. I restored it and I will try to work on getting more sources for it. It's not a single by him but it's one of his most recognizable and notable songs. Thanks. I don't know what to do with this user, anymore...once again. Yesterday I warned him yet another time as a final warning for adding unsourced content (i.e. Bubbling Under positions). Well guess what he did today? Added Bubbling Under unsourced for Luke Bryan's new single. I honestly don't think he's even looking at his talk page... Speedy deletion of user space page
Re: Deletion of User:Xobxela/infobox - You added a note to my discussion page concerning the page's speedy deletion but as it was already in my own userspace I don't understand why it would have been deleted. It had the code G2 and it seems to say:
G2. Test pages. This excludes the sandbox and the users' own user space, as well as pages that were created in error (see G6).
So, any clarification would be useful.
Thanks - Xobxela (talk) 19:56, 24 September 2010 (UTC)
As it's been deleted, I can't check now what exactly it was that I had on it! My question is more about whether it should have been deleted as it appears that something in my userspace should have been exempt from the speedy deletion, based on what I reference above. Maybe not...but he's not a terribly happy camper at present. I can't understand why he'd use a forum and not a reliable source like Billboard, Joel Whitburn or country music sites like Great American Country. I mean, I've done articles on some obscure pop and novelty singles and dug deep in the interwebz to find info. The songs he's working on are all top-of-the-chart singles. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 22:32, 27 September 2010 (UTC)
