Re : The talk page that you created was deleted because there was no corresponding subject page per the ]. Your talk page post made no mention that you were going to create the article as part of a university assignment. You do not normally have to note in a talk page that you will be creating a page. There is no need to "make a reservation" so to speak. Instead, you can just ] or work with your class instructor on creating the article. Your instructor may have a preferred structure on how and where you should do to write the article so that you receive the proper course credit, so it best to follow their instructions. -- ] (]) 20:57, 21 March 2012 (UTC)

Re your message: The talk page that you created was deleted because there was no corresponding subject page per the criteria for speedy deletion. Your talk page post made no mention that you were going to create the article as part of a university assignment. You do not normally have to note in a talk page that you will be creating a page.
