To match the requirement for using Huggle Dede2008 (talk) 16:52, 18 June 2012 (UTC)
(Non-administrator comment) User's contributions show only 5 edits where an edit summary indicates a vandalism revert. All 5 are obvious vandalism. Achowat (talk) 17:08, 18 June 2012 (UTC)
(Non-administrator comment) User seems to be experienced and knows what vandalism is. Electriccatfish2 (talk) 21:34, 18 June 2012 (UTC)
Can you explain why you thought this was an appropriate revert  ? Calmer Waters 23:05, 18 June 2012 (UTC)
To revert test edit. I am not check the content. Dede2008 (talk) 11:26, 19 June 2012 (UTC)
Not done Remove test edit? The IP removed a couple of non-sourced people from the notable persons section, which included an electrical engineer. Many of the edits you will find on Huggle will not be as clear cut as "aftaftaftaft" or "I like pie", and can include the removal of information from an article, by both IPs and registered users. Removal of non-sourced BLP information does not constitute obvious vandalism. Remember that the removal of information can be, but is not always vandalism. Along with the answer given and a few more of the reverts I have checked, I would say to continue manually for now and when in doubt or if an explanation is needed, to use the undo button and leave an edit summary of why. User:Vertium

I spend a lot of time reverting vandalism, including posting the appropriate warnings. I've presented several RPPs for repeated vandalism that have been deemed appropriate and believe that my use of RB would serve WP well. I've been using TW to do so and have participated in / graduated from the CVUA and my mentor there suggested this PERM request. My CVUA mentor User:Chip123456 has left a note for any interested party on my talk in the event you cannot check with him directly. Vertium (talk to me) 01:17, 19 June 2012 (UTC)

Reason for requesting rollback Allan Akbar (talk) 12:20, 19 June 2012 (UTC)
Having rollback permission would greatly simplify my self-assumed "job" of reverting vandalism on Misplaced Pages... Allan Akbar (talk) 12:20, 19 June 2012 (UTC)
Done All set. Calmer Waters 16:24, 19 June 2012 (UTC)

I understand I need this to be able to try out Huggle, and also potentially for the new Feedback feature. George Ponderevo (talk) 17:18, 19 June 2012 (UTC)

User:Keystoneridin

I would like the option of rollback. This will give me the opportunity to use huggle. At the present time, I use quite a few CSD's to eliminate vandalism as I patrol pages on an almost daily basis. Thank you. keystoneridin! (talk) 07:02, 20 June 2012 (UTC)
  • In my present state, I will not have enough time to go through all of my edits and find all of the diffs. I think it would be best for me to withdraw my request and come back at a later time when I can include all of these. Thank you Armbrust for remaining very hospitable during this discussion.keystoneridin! (talk) 14:40, 20 June 2012 (UTC)
