Thanks for uploading File:Indonesian peace journalists.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. Paul, regarding 3RR/1RR, if you look at the following edits to Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions from today, Soosim's 2 reverts are treated as 1 revert because, per WP:EW, "A series of consecutive saved revert edits by one user with no intervening edits by another user counts as one revert". Your 2 reverts would be treated as 2 because they are not consecutive.

As a result of an arbitration case, the Arbitration Committee has acknowledged long-term and persistent problems in the editing of articles related to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, broadly understood. As a result, the Committee has enacted broad editing restrictions, described here and below.
