Benjamin Mountfort FAR

Benjamin Mountfort has been nominated for a featured article review. Articles are typically reviewed for two weeks. Please leave your comments and help us to return the article to featured quality. If concerns are not addressed during the review period, articles are moved onto the Featured Article Removal Candidates list for a further period, where editors may declare "Keep" or "Remove" the article from featured status. The instructions for the review process are here. Reviewers' concerns are here.

Request for comment on Biographies of living people

Hello Wikiproject! Currently there is a discussion which will decide whether[REDACTED] will delete 49,000 articles about a living person without references, here:

Misplaced Pages:Requests for comment/Biographies of living people

Since biographies of living people covers so many topics, nearly all wikiproject topics will be effected.

The two opposing positions which have the most support is:

  1. supports the deletion of unreferenced articles about a living person, User:Jehochman
  2. opposes the deletion of unreferenced articles about a living person, except in limited circumstances, User:Collect

Comments are welcome. Keep in mind that by default, editor's comments are hidden. Simply press edit next to the section to add your comment.

Please keep in mind that at this point, it seems that editors support deleting unreferenced article if they are not sourced, so your project may want to pursue the projects below.

Misplaced Pages talk:Articles for creation/Tom Davies (author)

Dear editors: This article at Afc has been waiting a long time for a review. Can anyone help? —Anne Delong (talk) 20:18, 21 October 2013 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Paul Terry (actor)

The article Paul Terry (actor) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not notable: One film, a few episodes of a TV show, and one episode of game show do not meet the notability guideline for actors at WP:NACTOR.

While all constructive contributions to Misplaced Pages are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. RfC at Claude Monet re: number of images

Please join in the discussion at Talk:Claude Monet#RfC: Are the galleries in the Monet article excessive? about the number and choice of images in the galleries. Curly Turkey (gobble) 08:50, 15 December 2013 (UTC)

The galleries are fine, we'd like the paintings to remain visible and seen by our readers...Modernist (talk) 14:03, 15 December 2013 (UTC)
The article about Claude Monet is actually quite beautiful and informative. Keep as is. Coldcreation (talk) 15:27, 15 December 2013 (UTC)
