This article is about the episodes from the 2002 television series. For the original format episodes, see List of Top Gear (original format) episodes. For the American television series, see List of Top Gear (U.S.) episodes. For the Australian television series, see List of Top Gear Australia episodes.
This list of Top Gear episodes consists of episodes from the 2002 format of the BBC television series Top Gear, conceived by Jeremy Clarkson. The show is presented by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, James May and The Stig. Secondhand car specialist Jason Dawe was a co-presenter for the first series, but was replaced by May for the second series. As of 16 March 2014, 167 episodes of the series have been broadcast, spanning 21 series. In addition, there have been two shorter episodes produced for charity: Top Gear of the Pops, produced for Red Nose Day, and Top Ground Gear Force, produced for Sport Relief. These two episodes are not part of the episode count. There was also an Ashes to Ashes parody for BBC Children in Need which is not included.
Episodes are listed in order of their original U.K. air date along with featured cars, challenges, and guests. For more information on features and challenges included in each series, visit each series' respective page. Comprehensive lists of challenges and races can be found at Top Gear challenges and Top Gear Races.
