:Hi, once I saw where the Katherine Chancellor edits were headed, I warned you both so it would stop before anyone got themselves into trouble. I have obviously witnessed your edits and general behavior in the past and know that you are a calm and levelheaded editor. Cebr1979 has seemed to me lately to be a very volatile editor, so I had a feeling he/she might actually break 3RR, and unfortunately that did happen. FYI, I reported Cebr1979's violation and also left a warning on his talk page about his personal attack on your talk page, as well as a constructive note about the tone of his recent edit summaries. We have all experienced frustration at times in this collaborative environment, and I'm hoping that Cebr1979 can learn from this situation and we can all edit harmoniously in the future.— ]] 18:24, 9 June 2015 (UTC)

Caps

The word "royalty" is not a proper noun and therefore should not be capitalized in Stefan Cassadine. Please don't keep changing it unless you have some policy or style guide to back it up. Thanks.— TAnthony 15:48, 16 March 2009 (UTC)

Images

Thanks for your contributions. However, fair use (non-free) images are considered replaceable for identifying living people, per Misplaced Pages:Non-free content#Unacceptable use, Images - Item 12. This basically means that screencaps from TV and films can be used to illustrate characters, but not to show what the performers look like in their biographical articles. Thanks.— TAnthony 04:58, 19 March 2009 (UTC)

PLEASE do not replace perfectly acceptable images with hideously unclear ones. Your choice for Alexis Davis was unbelievably poor. Thanks for your cooperation.— TAnthony 06:31, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
On second thought, please stop uploading images altogether. You have uploaded half a down images today that are all so fuzzy that they are nearly unrecognizable. I just performed a 2-second Google search which found several perfectly clear images of Bobbie Spencer on the first page, I don't know where you're getting yours, but if you can't bother looking for a halfway decent image, PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER.— TAnthony 06:46, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
Do you ever respond to any comments or warnings, or do you just do whatever you want?— TAnthony 06:52, 14 June 2009 (UTC)

Relatives in Rebecca Shaw's infobox

Relatives specifically means someone legally related to someone else. Is it likely they're related? Yes. Has this been proven? No. By adding that they're relatives you are engaging in synthesis of facts and original research. In the future this may come out, but until then we do not predict the future. List of One Life to Live cast members

Alexis Davis

I have shrunk the picture on the Alexis Davis page. You can do so by adding another under 200px to the image. Re: ] If you have any questions, please ask. - NeutralHomerTalk07:13, 14 June 2009 (UTC)

If the picture is already blurry, there is nothing you can do. You are stuck with what you have. I would stick with the with picture on the page currently....it is a good picture and clear too. - NeutralHomerTalk07:16, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
If you don't add the "px" tag to the image, it will show in the size you uploaded it as. If it is small image, it will appear as a small image on the page. If you could give me an example of the images you are talking about, I might be able to help more. - NeutralHomerTalk07:21, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
The ones on the Cassie Layne Winslow and Tammy Winslow Randall pages are just blurry, there is nothing you can do unless you upload a non-blurry picture. The others are fine. - NeutralHomerTalk07:31, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
All pictures on the Cassie Layne Winslow and Tammy Winslow Randall pages are blurry. - NeutralHomerTalk07:48, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
I've replaced all the new blurry images with the "best" clear ones I could find quickly, and updated the fair use rationales. Feel free to change them in the future if you come across images of adequate size and clarity that better represent the characters. Please also keep in mind, headshots and photos of actors/actresses not taken in context of the shows/films discussed in the articles are often removed, because fair use guidelines are so strict and some believe that a photo of the performer outside the show/film does not necessarily represent the character. When possible, use screenshots from the show or network stills/portraits rather than personal headshots or red carpet photos.— TAnthony 08:21, 14 June 2009 (UTC)

Hey, I responded to you on my talk page, but I honestly do not want to pick a fight with you. I know it seems like I'm always in your face being pushy, but in my own way I'm trying to help and guide you. In the case of these images, I know you are just trying to add new ones that aren't there and adjust some current ones, unfortunately you've chosen some fuzzy ones. I do appreciate the efforts and have been trying to fix some. I see you uploaded a new Alexis image, it is a clear one so I have no objections if you choose to update the article with it. I also see you have started using fair use templates, which is awesome. Let me know if I can be of assistance.— TAnthony 07:37, 14 June 2009 (UTC)

Carly Corinthos images

I saw that you tried to reinsert a third (!) image of an actress who portrayed Carly into the article. Consensus has generally been that only the current and original actor's picture should be included, as debates about which actor is most notable are generally subjective and fruitless. AniMate 07:39, 20 July 2009 (UTC)

Carly's 34?!? You realize that if Carly is 34, she had Michael when she was 17. That means all the relationships she had prior to Michael's birth occurred when she was 16, not to mention that as a 16 year old she was also training as a nurse at General Hospital. Do you perhaps see why the birth year isn't really that important in soap articles? AniMate 03:00, 21 July 2009 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image (File:Phillipiv-john driscoll.jpg)

⚠
Thanks for uploading File:Phillipiv-john driscoll.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Misplaced Pages under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Misplaced Pages. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Misplaced Pages (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Misplaced Pages page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. FileBot (talk) 10:52, 22 August 2009 (UTC)

Bianca Montgomery child image, and soap opera character images in general

Hello, Jester66. You have been addressed about this before, but there generally should not be two images of a character in the character infobox, unless both are just as notable to the role. In cases where one would think that both pictures should be included, such as in the case of Adam Wilson (The Young and the Restless), it can be ruled that both should not be included (as witnessed from the discussion about it on that article's talk page). Though I disagree in that case. But with Bianca, in particular, why does there need to be a picture of her when she was a child (which is portrayed by another actress)? Eden Riegel is the most notable and most associated with the role, and the actress you included is not even a little bit as as notable or associated. This is why there does not need to be two pictures of Bianca, and why I will be removing the one you added. The same goes for Lily Montgomery. Realize that I am not being or trying to be rude to you; I am not attacking you; I am simply following Misplaced Pages's policy on images and WP:Consensus. Flyer22 (talk) 12:05, 23 August 2009 (UTC)

Fair use images and list articles

Please read Misplaced Pages:NFC#Non-free_image_use_in_list_articles. The use of non-free per character images in list articles is not supported. There are 47 characters on this list. We're not going to have 47 images, one for each character. Instead, please find a cast photo and use that instead. Thank you, --Hammersoft (talk) 16:32, 30 March 2010 (UTC)

Adding Pictures

Hey Jester, I really like all of the images you added on the soaps. I was wondering if you can add images for ATWT and GL characters, most of them as part of the final casts. It would be very much appreciated also if you can add posed/promotional images instead because they look so great. Thanks in advance.149.4.42.72 (talk) 15:07, 14 July 2011 (UTC)

Sure, no problem I will be glad to do it. Are there any others? Jester66 (talk) 22:36, 14 July 2011 (UTC)

Signing in from a different computer, I'd appreciare more images if possible. All of the ones you uploaded are great, so I cant wait to see more.

I may be selfish but can you upload a new Carly Manning image also? Thanks a lot. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 149.4.145.105 (talk) 15:57, 19 July 2011 (UTC)

Sure I do it.... Any more? Jester66 (talk) 22:12, 19 July 2011 (UTC)

Hey Jester, sorry for not getting back to you quicker. I have ghad very little internet access and its hard to communicate. To answer your questions, a new Adrienne Johnson Kiriakis image would be nice and if you could upload this image for Crystal Chappell founder here from SOAPnet (http://cdn.media.soapnet.com/sites/default/files/images/daysofourlives/20100125_CChappell_BonnieHunt_300x441.jpg). The credit is JPI Images.

If you can upload new ATWT/GL promotional images that would be great - even for ones that already have pictures because a lot of them are old. I won't have access to a computer after now until end of August, so if you have a question I won't be able to answer until then. Thank you so much in advance. It is so appreciated. 149.4.42.62 (talk) 17:39, 9 August 2011 (UTC)

Hey Jester, I will always be on a computer IP with 149-something from work. Can you upload ATWT/GL character images soon? Don't mean to be pushy LOL. Even though Margo Montgomery Hughes and Lisa Grimaldi have images, I think they need new promotional ones like some other characters do, do you agree? Thank you (and I love the Sonny and Carly article).149.4.42.21 (talk) 17:40, 26 August 2011 (UTC)
I also think that Tina Sloan's character Lillian Raines Cooper needs an article and image. I hope you can help that out because the ATWT and GL articles have been so poor and I hope to contribute when I have the time. I think images will help before articles are written up/edited. Thanks for your help and please respond soon because I am eager to hear from you!149.4.42.21 (talk) 19:18, 30 August 2011 (UTC)

Bianca Montgomery and images

Hello, Jester66. If this edit by you indicates that you are about to upload a third Bianca image, I advise that you don't. We don't need three images in the inbox to present this character. Typically, only the most associated portrayer and the current portrayer should be in the infobox. If there were not a "most associated" portrayer in this case, then maybe I could understand three images. But either way, three images are grounds for one or two of them being deleted. Some image editor will no doubt show up, say that three images are not needed and delete one or two (quite possibly deleting one or two of the more valid images). So I ask that you leave this article to only two images for the infobox. Flyer22 (talk) 15:52, 7 August 2011 (UTC)

Tea Delgado

See now I've just noticed you uploaded a new image of Tea... only you haven't provided real fair use rationales and your image naming scheme is pretty terrible. But you could improve so do you want help with that? I could probablly offer you a few solutions straight away.RaintheOne 01:23, 12 August 2011 (UTC)

What do you mean that my fair use rationales are not real and that my image naming scheme is pretty terrible? But I could use your help? Jester66 (talk) 04:07, 12 August 2011 (UTC)
Have you noticed the a high number of your images manage to get deleted? Also if the character is name Tea Delgado, then the image's name should be "Tea Delgado.jpg" and not "Tea Delgado oltl hirigbhigbhigrbigbgbrg.jpg" (Not sure if I should put it like this, but long image names draw attention to the non-free image - as you may know, many people watch image uploads with eagle eyes, just looking for a good reason to delete it.)
Then you have to look at the reason for use on the image page. You use a lot of promotional images, but they are very much copyrighted and you would have top write up a really strong claim underneath the image.. where as if you use a small screen shot instead, you can justify it's use easier. I'll give you a comparison..
You have File:Florencia Lozano-Téa Delgado OLTL.jpg - look at File:Vanessa Gold.jpg - That image has more fairuse information than Tea. You have to explain the images use in comparison to the article. If it is a promo image, then you really have to link it's fair use claim to real world information in the article. Charactization and appearance sections are usually home to good real world information that can justify a non-free images inclusion. If you get what I mean, I can update Tea's fair use to suit the article. You have to be careful now because you have so many image warnings that an admin could easily get involved here. So it may be worth the change. ;)RaintheOne 12:54, 12 August 2011 (UTC)

Actually Téa is the true spelling of her name and with the images I also include the actor's name and the soap(s) they appear in. Jester66 (talk) 20:46, 12 August 2011 (UTC)

I'm sure you got my point without me putting the accent on the letter e.. You can keep naming images with long names, but I'll just move them to a more suitable name. Also, Are you going to improve your fair use rationales? It is about time USA soap operas had a little more stability. It just needs someone willing to start the process. =)RaintheOne 22:47, 12 August 2011 (UTC)

What do you mean by that? Jester66 (talk) 22:54, 12 August 2011 (UTC)

Well I just changed the image name to "File:Téa Delgado.jpg". Look at American soap opera articles and compare them to Australian and British ones. There is a big difference in quality. That's all really, it just needs someone willing to make the change. The next main issue with Tea's article is the storyline section is overley long. Have you ever condensed the plot section down before?RaintheOne 23:09, 12 August 2011 (UTC)

I only upload the photos and include the first and last airdates, maybe you can talk to other people. Jester66 (talk) 23:12, 12 August 2011 (UTC)

Oh right, cool. Try and make an effort with images though. I'm suprised an admin has not noticed your activity tbf.RaintheOne 23:20, 12 August 2011 (UTC)

Actually I am being praised for it for updating the pics and updating profiles as well as including other actors that were famous for the role...

All right, you should let the others know as well not just me. Jester66 (talk) 23:30, 12 August 2011 (UTC)

Okay, when I notice others doing it I'll mention it them. Someone asked me to watch Tea's article a while back so.. I don't think I should go hunting for people though. I just thought you needed a better explanation rather than the many image deletion tags you have on your talk page.RaintheOne 23:36, 12 August 2011 (UTC)

I love the finished product for a long time I wanted a link to this couple and for them to be recognized for the supercouple they have always been. And Raintheone can you show me a link to what you did. Jester66 (talk) 05:17, 13 August 2011 (UTC)

I only just noticed your comment Jester.. Aslong as they aren't playing games it's okay. I'll be making sure there aren't any. Wow though. File:Michelle Bauer Santos2.jpg - You took my advice. ;)RaintheOne 22:43, 16 August 2011 (UTC)

Yep and I am going to start using that format from now on. Jester66 (talk) 00:44, 17 August 2011 (UTC) Just to let you know.. I removed the image from Erin Chambers. I'm not sure if you added it originally, but you certainly endorsed it. There is a really strict policy on uploaded non-free image to BLP's. If you have done it any where else, I'd suggest you go and remove them ASAP. I'm not gonna make a big deal about it, but if anyone else notices they might.RaintheOne 03:39, 24 August 2011 (UTC)

Character Images

Hey Jester, I have been leaving a few messges to see when you will update the images for the ATWT abnd GL characters. I'm doing a new secton just in case you are not receiving message alerts from the other one. I hope I don't sound too much like a pest because I was just wondering whe you will get strted. Those images are either so old or a lot of characters have no images at all (such as Margo Montgomery Hughes's image being old and Buzz Cooper having no image at all, for example). Hope you will upload some soon! 149.4.42.21 (talk) 17:35, 6 September 2011 (UTC)

Jester, would it be possible to let me know if you will start uploading some images? I was hoping it would be soon. It is important to me because I really would like to see some since I cannot upload myself because of my lack of acess to a computer situation other than this one at work. Please let me know if you are doing it or not. Again, thank you for your help because you said you were happy to do it. Thanks again.149.4.42.21 (talk) 15:17, 12 September 2011 (UTC)

Soap Articles in Trouble!

Hey Jester66, I wanted to let you know, since I enjoy your contributions and intent on improving all soap articles, that the user User:Gh87 is intentionally nominating hundreds (literally, hundreds) of soap character articles for deletion. In the past week, his grueling mistreatment has spread throughout the AMC characters most of all and has been trying to delete GL, ATWT, OLTL, DAYS, Santa Barbara, Sunset Beach (etc) characters nd history articles. He is also deleting images, all of which users have spent countless hours working on that he/she wants to delete due to "lack of notability". Just look at the contribution page - it is literally sickening at what he/she is doing. Account and IP users have tried to help but he bosses everyone around and gets admins on his side when others try to save the articles. Please help save these articles because I know you appreciate and love the soap world. Please spread the word to other users to participate in deletion discussions to save them. Again, please help and spread the word. Otherwise, users no longer have any articles to contribute for after he/she deletes them.149.4.204.17 (talk) 15:39, 11 October 2011 (UTC)

WikiProject Soap Operas alert

As a member of the Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Soap Operas, and in accordance with the appropriate notification in deference to canvassing, I am alerting your attention to several current discussions for deletion pertaining to soap opera characters. This is an invitation to participate in the discussion. Best regards, Cind.amuse (Cindy) 20:07, 12 October 2011 (UTC)

Okay you have my attention, what are the articles that are need of saving? Jester66 (talk) 01:39, 13 October 2011 (UTC)
 • A list of the article may be found in the current list of discussions for deletion. As to which ones specifically need saving, I will leave to your assessment and discretion. Feel free to make your recommendations according to your personal understanding of what is appropriate or not. Best regards, Cind.amuse (Cindy) 12:51, 13 October 2011 (UTC)

Better source request for File:Gh richards maxiejones.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Gh richards maxiejones.jpg. You provided a source, but it is difficult for other users to examine the copyright status of the image because the source is incomplete. Please consider clarifying the exact source so that the copyright status may be checked more easily. It is best to specify the exact Web page where you found the image, rather than only giving the source domain or the URL of the image file itself. Please update the image description with a URL that will be more helpful to other users in determining the copyright status.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source in a complete manner. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page or me at my talk page. Thank you. George Ho (talk) 00:31, 30 December 2011 (UTC)

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Finn Carter-Sierra Esteban ATWT.jpg

Thank you for uploading File:Finn Carter-Sierra Esteban ATWT.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Misplaced Pages may not meet the criteria required by Misplaced Pages:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Misplaced Pages:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Misplaced Pages policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. George Ho (talk) 22:30, 31 December 2011 (UTC)

File source problem with File:Gh grahn 10.jpg

Thank you for uploading File:Gh grahn 10.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Misplaced Pages. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 02:36, 12 February 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:Marcy-Rylan-Abby Carlton Newman YR.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Misplaced Pages under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Misplaced Pages. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Misplaced Pages (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Misplaced Pages page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:20, 9 June 2012 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Misplaced Pages appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Claudia Zacchara, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Daytime (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Noah Newman

Hi there. I want to thank you for resizing the two Noah Newman images uploaded by Nk3play2, however, they're unsourced and depict improper use of non-free material, so they can't be used in the article. In addition, they're extremely low quality and therefore bring down the quality of the article. Luke Kleintank isn't really notable for the role (he only appeared in 7 episodes) and even though Hunter Allan was in the role for three years as the last child actor, they're were countless other child actors over the years who had just as long tenures, and we can't list images of all of them. Still, I wanted to thank you for your time and effort to resize the images, despite their uselessness. Creativity97 (TALK) 22:15, 9 October 2012 (UTC)

I noticed you sneaked the romances back into Will Horton's article. As you know you should provide edit summaries - then you could have made it clear you were adding trivial information to the infobox. I think it was intentional seeings as you restored the same amount of bytes as I removed.Rain the 1 12:01, 11 November 2012 (UTC)

All My Children decade lists

Hello, Jester66. I am notifying you that I have redirected the 'All My Children' character-decade lists. They had no sources and are not acceptable for Misplaced Pages currently. They should either be worked upon in a sandbox or be worked on heavily with an ~Under Construction~ template, which it wasn't. I am not discouraging you to discontinue this project, but I advise you to relocate them to a sandbox. Creativity97 and myself had always worked upon The Young and the Restless character-decade lists for a long time before publishing them, which I strongly recommend you doing too. The only page I have kept is the 1970's list, because it has two sources although is still in no condition to be an article in its current state. Thanks! Happy editing! Orphaned non-free media (File:Will and Gwen-JS&JL ATWT.jpg)

Thanks for uploading File:Will and Gwen-JS&JL ATWT.jpg.

Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:08, 14 February 2013 (UTC)

Hi there. I see in this article's infobox you keep saying an "unnamed actor" portrayed the role as a ghost in 2010. Did Tammin Sursok not reprise the role as a ghost to Victor Newman on December 23, 2010? I didn't watch the show at the time so I'm not aware. Just curious. Notables MUST have sources

Your recent edit to the article for Manasquan, New Jersey added a commented out entry for Andrew Trischitta as a notable, pending the addition of a source. Per WP:LISTPEOPLE, notablesrequire articles and sources establishing a connection to the place. There is no Misplaced Pages article for Andrew Trischitta nor are there any sources establishing a nexus to Manasaquan. Reinsert the entry here only with the required sources. Speedy deletion nomination of File:Andrew-Trischitta-Jack Manning OLTL.jpg

A tag has been placed on File:Andrew-Trischitta-Jack Manning OLTL.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Misplaced Pages takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines. reddogsix (talk) 03:11, 18 May 2013 (UTC)

WP:LEAD

Hey, Jester, if you haven't already, though I also cited it at the JR Chandler article after you significantly reduced that lead, read WP:LEAD. The lead is supposed to summarize the article. That's why I reverted you at the Bianca Montgomery article. You left that lead very inadequate and moved the text to an area where it became somewhat redundant. While a one-sentence lead may be suitable for a stub article, or an article similar to a stub, it is nowhere close to being suitable for an article the size of the Bianca Montgomery article. There is even a tag for a lead that is too short, just like there is one for a lead that is too long. Someone would have eventually tagged the lead you created for the Bianca Montgomery article as "too short," if it had remained as the lead without significant expansion. As for a lead that is too long, a lead is only too long if it unnecessarily exceeds four paragraphs or is longer or almost longer than the lower body of the article. Again, read WP:LEAD. Soap opera episode counts

Hello, Jester. I would just like to notify you that we update the episode counts for U.S. soap operas (Y&R, B&B, GH and Days) at the end of each week, on Fridays. This was the result of a consensus over a year ago to end disputes. So, if you're going to update episode counts, please only do so at the end of each week on Friday. Thanks! Format of AMC & OLTL

I noticed your edit said they were going to a seasonal/telenovela format. There is nothing about telenovelas in the source given. The intentional short-term nature of telenovelas is the exact opposite of American soap operas that have been known to run on multidecadal time scales. If in fact AMC & OLTL are moving to format that some storylines are neatly packed into a single season with a beginning, middle, and a resolution, I'd like to see a WP:RS that says something along those lines. --Wlmg (talk) 12:42, 2 August 2013 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Sheila Carter-Kimberlin Brown YR BB.jpg

A tag has been placed on File:Sheila Carter-Kimberlin Brown YR BB.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done under section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free file with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise fails some part of the non-free content criteria. If you can find a valid tag that expresses why the file can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the current tag with that tag. If no such tag exists, please add the {{Non-free fair use}} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the file. If the file has been deleted, you can re-upload it, but please ensure you place the correct tag on it.

Hi there! I'm not sure if you'll be able to track down the Sept. 4, 2013, episode of Y&R online anywhere but, if you can, it would be a great one to watch so you can see that the character appeared at her own funeral (she was seen by Nikki and Jill and both of them commented on it). If you could stop changing her page to intentionally reflect inaccurate information, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much and happy hunting, hope you can find it! Step vs. legal father

Hi there! I'm not sure if you watch Y&R or not but, if you do, then you'll know that Neil Winters is not Lily's step-father, he's her legal father. The situation surrounding Shawn & Bo Brady is 100% the exact same so if you could stop incorrectly changing them to a step-relation, that would be appreciated. Thank you muchly.Cebr1979 (talk) 23:03, 4 June 2015 (UTC)

Katherine Chancellor

Why do you always change it to see the character's last appearance was in May? It wasn't! It was in September! She was at her own funeral!!! Have you not seen the episode? Cebr1979 (talk) 00:03, 8 June 2015 (UTC)

There have been TWO credible sources that state her last appearance was in May, stop turning this into an edit war. Jester66 (talk) 03:12, 8 June 2015 (UTC)

Your recent editing history at Katherine Chancellor shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. — TAnthony 16:04, 9 June 2015 (UTC)

Hi, once I saw where the Katherine Chancellor edits were headed, I warned you both so it would stop before anyone got themselves into trouble. We have all experienced frustration at times in this collaborative environment, and I'm hoping that Cebr1979 can learn from this situation and we can all edit harmoniously in the future.— TAnthony 18:24, 9 June 2015 (UTC)
