Shayantani Twisha is a Bangladeshi singer. Singer Shayantani Twisha learned singing at a very early age. She is the main vocalist of the band ‘Ucertainty Principle’. In addition to singing, she is working as the Head of PR, Media and Communication at a private company.

We are always trying to perfect our fusions. In January we did a fusion of ‘Tomar Khola Hawa’ and before that last year we did ‘Potho Hara’, both songs are fusions and they did really well.

We got great response from the public. People liked the songs very much and also shared on their social media. Many people contacted us personally and praised our work.

Shayantani loves experimenting with music of different genre. However, all her original songs for the band ‘Uncertainty Principle’ is in English. She is the lyricist of the band and according to her, after growing up reading books of Rabindranath, Nazrul, Jibanada Das, Sukumar Ray, Satyajit Ray, Lila Majumdar, Upendrakishore, Samaresh, Bibhutibhushan, Bankim Chandra she feels it is difficult to write Bangla songs with standard. She wishes to gather the courage to write Bangla songs someday.

During this lockdown Shayantani Twisha has been working from home while spending a substantial amount of time with her family. She also started to learn guitar. However, because of the pandemic, the launching of the album by this year has become uncertain. She has plans to collaborate with different artists after the lockdown is lifted. She also would love to sing songs for dramas, serials and movies if the opportunity arises. Apart from singing Shayantani Twisha loves to travel the world. Her dream is to go on a world tour with her music someday.
