He is currently in the list of top 100 billionaires of India and has a ranking of 72nd. He started byjus tablet in 2012 and further releasing his app in 2015 which got 2 million users in first 2 months of release. He was named to Fortune Magazine's 2020 '40 Under 40' list under the technology category.
Byju's acquired the status of 'Decacorn' on June 29, 2020.
Early life
He was born in the Azhikode village of Kerala, India. He studied at a Malayalam medium school where both his parents were teachers.
