Katerina Rachael "Kat" Frost (born 2 December 2008) is a Spanish cricketer who plays for her country's national team.

Biography

Born in Zaragoza to English parents, Frost grew up in Plymouth, Devon, after her family moved there when she was 10 months old.

In May 2024, she was invited to play for the Valencia Vipers in the inaugural women's La Liga tournament in Barcelona after her father got in contact with Spain's cricket governing body. She went on to score more than 200 runs and take five wickets during the competition.

Frost was a member of the Exeter Cricket Club team which won the English Under-19 Girls T20 Championship in August 2024.

She made her Women's Twenty20 International (WT20I) debut for Spain against Greece in September 2024. Frost took three wickets across the four matches she played during the series at an average of 12 and with an economy rate of 3.60 from the 10 overs she bowled. She retained her place in the Spanish squad for a WT20I series against Croatia in October 2024.
