Sherlock Holmes: Mare of the Night is an upcoming American independent horror mystery film written and directed by Texas filmmaker CJ Goodwyn, and based on characters and elements from Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes stories. Mare of the Night is Goodwyn’s fourth feature credit, after the horror films GH5 (2017) and Jackson (2019), and the historical drama Eyes of a Roman (2022). The film will be released in two parts, the first in January 2025.

Premise

An emotionally broken Sherlock Holmes is forced to undertake his darkest investigation yet.
