== Request for edit summary ==
Having noticed your (correct) addition to ], I've looked over your recent editing history. It would appear that you don't make much use of edit summaries. These are not compulsory, but they do help other editors who are looking at any changes you make, or when looking at the editing history of a page. When you edit a Misplaced Pages article, just below the main editing box is another one-line editing box labelled as 'edit summary'. The idea of this is that you put in a terse summary of what your edit is about, e.g. if it is just a spelling correciton then the summary could be as simple as 'spelling'; in the recent Suez Canal change, the summary could be 'add canal construction time'.
So for the enlightment of other editors please add edit summaries. ] (]) 14:48, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
:Hi! We are not all time millionaries. I often make voluntary work here correcting for example spelling error. ::Almost all Misplaced Pages editors are volunteers like me and you. I've often seen the abbreviation 'sp' for spelling in an edit summary, which is not quite so onerous as 'spelling'. However, for any significant edit, a summary is a good idea. ] (]) 15:11, 21 February 2011 (UTC)

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content which gains a consensus among editors. ←Humus sapiens 09:32, 12 June 2007 (UTC)

Welcome to Misplaced Pages. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. However, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to RegisterFly, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. The "scare quotes" around forgotten, and the commentary about "cheating", are hardly neutral. If you can source the issue of lost registration time, then that's a good addition, though. Tlesher 16:58, 26 July 2007 (UTC)
Oxygen tent
A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Oxygen tent, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Misplaced Pages's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Misplaced Pages is not" and Misplaced Pages's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Mike6271 (talk) 03:45, 27 April 2008 (UTC)

Dispute Resolution Process
Hello, Mazarin07. I've noticed that you have taken a step in the Dispute Resolution Process by posting in WQA. Please note that it is recommended that you advise the other party of your complaint filing so that they are aware of it, and so that they have a chance to respond.
If you have any questions, check out Misplaced Pages:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. -t-BMW-c- 14:12, 21 October 2008 (UTC)
Block for WP:BLP violations
You have repeatedly put in poorly-sourced legally actionable material in Greg Coffey, the latest after it was removed with a note. As such, I've blocked you for 24 hours - David Gerard (talk) 19:48, 22 October 2008 (UTC)

Use the sandbox for test edits
Please refrain from making test edits in Misplaced Pages pages, such as those you made to Međugorje, even if you intend to fix them later. Such edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Ward3001 (talk) 17:19, 5 May 2009 (UTC)
- No offense, but obviously if it wasn't working, something was wrong. So my suggestion, instead of continuing to play around with it on the article page, copy it to the sandbox and experiment there until it's the way you want it. Thanks. Ward3001 (talk) 17:26, 5 May 2009 (UTC)

AfD nomination of Greg Coffey
An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Greg Coffey. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Misplaced Pages's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Misplaced Pages:Notability and "What Misplaced Pages is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion/Greg Coffey. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.
Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:08, 1 January 2010 (UTC)
copyright issue at Sungods in Exile
I've removed the YouTube link as it is an obvious copyright violation of a History Channel program. Please make sure that you don't link anything unless you are sure that there are no copyright issues. Thank you. Dougweller (talk) 10:23, 6 April 2010 (UTC)

Request for edit summary
Having noticed your (correct) addition to Suez Canal, I've looked over your recent editing history.
Murray Langton (talk) 14:48, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
- Hi! We are not all time millionaries. I often make voluntary work here correcting for example spelling error. For example, I correct noraml, to normal, which means deleting one character and inserting another one. I hope you don't want me to add a 10 characters summary for a two character correction... No need to reply, thanks!Mazarin07 (talk) 15:06, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
- Almost all Misplaced Pages editors are volunteers like me and you. I've often seen the abbreviation 'sp' for spelling in an edit summary, which is not quite so onerous as 'spelling'. However, for any significant edit, a summary is a good idea. Murray Langton (talk) 15:11, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
Speedy deletion declined: Queen Heongyeong
Hello Mazarin07. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Queen Heongyeong, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: The reason given is not a valid speedy deletion criterion. The only speedies for redirects are WP:CSD#R2 and WP:CSD#R3; otherwise, you need WP:RFD. Generally, redirects are cheap and are kept if they could possibly be useful. In this case, the subject is mentioned in the target article, so it would be better than nothing for somebody searching. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 20:18, 26 August 2011 (UTC)
References
Please use high quality references per WP:MEDRS such as review articles or major textbooks. Thanks and welcome to Misplaced Pages.

The Viceroys
Do you intend to create an article on the film? We don't normally have disambiguation pages with only one article. As there's no film with this title listed on IMDB, it seems unlikely that an article is justified.--Michig (talk) 09:34, 10 June 2012 (UTC)
I have reverted - if you create an article on the film and there is genuinely no primary topic then a disambiguation page may be justified, but for now it isn't. --Michig (talk) 09:55, 10 June 2012 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Z8D
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Z8D, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Misplaced Pages:FAQ/Business for more information.
If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Spartaz 18:00, 26 October 2012 (UTC)
Nomination of Z8D for deletion
A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Z8D is suitable for inclusion in Misplaced Pages according to Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
The article will be discussed at Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion/Z8D until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. SchuminWeb (Talk) 15:35, 27 October 2012 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Tom Hutchinson (English teacher)
Hello Mazarin07,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Tom Hutchinson (English teacher) for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. BiH (talk) 22:23, 19 January 2014 (UTC)

ArbCom elections are now open!
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Misplaced Pages arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Disambiguation link notification for July 7
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Misplaced Pages appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Benzene, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Breathing apparatus and Breathing equipment. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

References
Remember that when adding content about health, please only use high-quality reliable sources as references. We typically use review articles, major textbooks and position statements of national or international organizations (There are several kinds of sources that discuss health: here is how the community classifies them and uses them). WP:MEDHOW walks you through editing step by step. A list of resources to help edit health content can be found here. The edit box has a built-in citation tool to easily format references based on the PMID or ISBN. We also provide style advice about the structure and content of medicine-related encyclopedia articles. The welcome page is another good place to learn about editing the encyclopedia. If you have any questions, please feel free to drop me a note. Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 19:07, 8 June 2017 (UTC)

Recent edit reversion
In this edit here, I reverted some information that appears to be a violation of our copyright policy.
I provided a brief summary of the problem in the edit summary, which should be visible just below my name. You can also click on the "view history" tab in the article to see the recent history of the article. This should be an edit with my name, and a parenthetical comment explaining why your edit was reverted. If that information is not sufficient to explain the situation, please ask.
I do occasionally make mistakes. We get hundreds of reports of potential copyright violations every week, and sometimes there are false positives, for a variety of reasons. (Perhaps the material was moved from another Misplaced Pages article, or the material was properly licensed but the license information was not obvious, or the material is in the public domain but I didn't realize it was public domain, and there can be other situations generating a report to our Copy Patrol tool that turn out not to be actual copyright violations.) If you think my edit was mistaken, please politely let me know and I will investigate. S Philbrick(Talk) 01:24, 19 January 2021 (UTC) ______________________________________
