Blocked
You have been blocked for a period of 24 hours for racial and ethnic commentary that is incompatible with Misplaced Pages's aims. In particular, references to Jews being "euthanized" as if they were stray dogs and cats at the pound have no place in civil society. To contest this block, please reply here on your talk page by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} along with the reason you believe the block is unjustified, or email the blocking administrator or any administrator from this list. Raymond Arritt (talk) 18:04, 27 March 2008 (UTC)- Per discussion, the block length has now been adjusted to indefinite. —Kurykh 18:22, 27 March 2008 (UTC)

Request reason:
Please unblock me. A comment I made, on a talkpage, was misconstrued as being anti-semitic, when the intention was quite on the contrary! It intended as complimentary towards the Jewish people. I was also not even given the slightest chance to explain myself before being blocked. That is extremely un-American. This whole mess could have been avoided had the offended user simply asked me to clarify what I was saying. I deeply apologise to anyone who was offended by my comment, it certainly was not my intention to insult the Jewish race or at all belittle the horrors of their slaughter during the holocaust.
Decline reason:
As noted in the discussion, your block is based on continual disruptive and bigoted commentary. — IrishGuy 00:42, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).Confederate till Death (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
Could I please have a Jewish editor review my case, if he would be so kind. It would be up to him whether or not my comment was offensive or complimentary. Furthermore, an indefinite block seems like complete overkill for such an issue
Decline reason:
Asking for a Jewish administrator to review the block is compounding the error. I held out a smidgen of hope that you might recognize why your comments were hurtful and offensive and your indef could be reduced at some point. Now I'm not so sure. — Ronnotel (talk) 13:08, 28 March 2008 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:Sylvia Meals Rocky II.jpg)
Thanks for uploading File:Sylvia Meals Rocky II.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Misplaced Pages under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Misplaced Pages. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Misplaced Pages (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Misplaced Pages page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:34, 20 April 2009 (UTC)
