If you look at ], these are the dates of the establishment of diplomatic relations of countries with Russia. After the establishment of diplomatic relations, there follows (usually) the appointment of an ambassador. After that a team of diplomats usually travel to the country to establish the actual mission. In this case an embassy. It is really this date that I need for the article.
