Mini C-130 Hercules

The Mini C-130 Hercules is one of many of the United States Air Forces miniature airframes. The Mini C-130 is a scaled down version of the large turboprop Lockheed C-130 Hercules aircraft. The first Mini C-130 Hercules was built by the 403rd Wing in 1999 at Keesler Air Force Base under the nickname "Lil' Bill", much to the delight of local children.
