Adamawa may refer to several geographical or political areas:
- The Adamawa Emirate, founded by (and named after) Modibo Adama;
- The Adamawa Plateau, which rises in Nigeria, cuts across Cameroon, and terminates in the Central African Republic;
- The Adamawa Province of Cameroon;
- The Adamawa State of Nigeria
- The Adamawa languages, a language family spoken in this area
