Also i have checked with my isp this ip address is static but it is used by multiple users including my neighbors that have permision to utilize my Wi-Fi network which uses wireless n next generation technoloy causing my networks range to be extended to many users (as many as 4 houses)}}

i have identified the vandalism source as my neighbors who thought it would be funny to vandalize[REDACTED] (router logs) i have threatened to secure my network and not allow them access if they continue (while they believe it may have been funny it is hurting my utilization of[REDACTED] to prevent vandalism i reccomend a softblock (i will create an account elseware for editing) thank you also if their is vandalism from the ip you can notify me by my account that i will create (name will be supplied after creation)
