Markus Rosenberg (born September 22, 1982) is a Swedish footballer. As of 2005, he has played three games and scored once for the Swedish national team.

He has been playing for Malmö FF, except for 2004 when he was borrowed by Halmstads BK. Playing for Halmstad he became the top scorer of the 2004 season.

He made football history on November 11, 2004 by becoming the first openly homosexual footballer in Sweden.
