== Plot ==

The episode starts when Arkwright (]) from his window spots some burglars leaving his shop with their booty. He responds by firing a ] at them. Later on, Granville (]) learns that Maureen, a friend of his, has had a baby, and she hints that he is father. (It apparently happened at a party that he cannot even remember).

Arkwright comes up with a plan to foil the burglars. First he puts a "Beware of the ]" sign, then he borrows a huge ], then he just plays a ] of barking noises. At the end of the episode, while Arkwright is climbing a ] to talk to Nurse Gladys Emmanuel (]) through her first floor bedroom window, they hear voices in the shop. Arkwright returns with his shotgun to find Granville and Maureen. It turns out that the baby is not Granville's after all - that was just a misunderstanding on his part. It is actually Maureen's sister's.
