Thank you for that heads up. Having been advised on proper[REDACTED] procedure I can now act accordingly and in line with[REDACTED] policy. It always helps for newcomers to know the rules and procedures. What a terrible thing it would be if the[REDACTED] administrators just assumed that everyone and anyone knew all the minute details and proper procedures when editing[REDACTED] articles and/or talk pages! I wish to respond to these allegations, despite them being obviously frivolous, but remain blocked by the user "Garzo" who has yet to respond to my earlier post on this page. This "justinfr" person does not seem to have any connection to this issue(Illyrians), thus we can conclude that he/she is one of:
