Stephen Lam (2008)

The Honourable Stephen Sui-lung Lam (Chinese: ; pinyin: Lín Ruìlín) JP (born November 24, 1955) is the Secretary for Constitutional Affairs of Hong Kong. He is dubbed as "Eunuch Lam" by the Pen-democratic Legislation Councillers in Hong Kong.
