Selman Stermasi was former player, coach and president of Sk Tirana in the '30s and '40s. Selman Stermasi returned to his homeland Albania in the 30s after finishing studies in Roma for Physical Culture. He contributed as a player and then as a coach and even president of the club in those years to 8 national titles (even though two of them (the "war championships are not recognized today). Sk Tirana of that time will be remembered for his memory as well as the memory of other exceptional footballers such as: A.Karapici, Sh. Ndroqi, I. Dashi, Xh.Kashari, S. Lleshi, H. Begeja, H. Korça, M. Petrela, A. Hobdari, R. Gurashi, I. Gjinali, F. Janku, Riza Lushta, Naim Krieziu, etc.
