If you don't like that bit of the article, please produce references to show that it's untrue before removing it and its sourcing. Peridon (talk) 21:46, 7 December 2010 (UTC)

You can't just removed sourced text without a proper explanation. 'Unfair' isn't a proper explanation. If you can demonstrate that the incident never happened or that the university's statement is a lie, or such, then take that to the talk page. Otherwise, put the article up for deletion at WP:AFD. This section has been restored, please do not remove it again. It is well sourced and meets guidelines for inclusion in biographic articles on living people. Misplaced Pages doesn't determine what is "fair" and instead focuses on producing articles written from a neutral point of view. That means that the good and the bad gets included as long as its well sourced in reliable 3rd party sources. If you have concerns about the factuality of this information, discuss it on the article's talk page. if you remove this again, you will be blocked from editing wikipedia.--RadioFan (talk) 16:55, 12 December 2010 (UTC)

Notice of editing restrictions

Notice: Under the terms of Misplaced Pages:Requests for arbitration/Digwuren, "any uninvolved administrator may, on his or her own discretion, impose sanctions on any editor working in the area of conflict (defined as articles which relate to Eastern Europe, broadly interpreted) if, despite being warned, that editor repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Misplaced Pages, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. The sanctions imposed may include blocks of up to one year in length; bans from editing any page or set of pages within the area of conflict; bans on any editing related to the topic or its closely related topics; restrictions on reverts or other specified behaviors; or any other measures which the imposing administrator believes are reasonably necessary to ensure the smooth functioning of the project.

Prior to any sanctions being imposed, the editor in question shall be given a warning with a link to this decision by an uninvolved administrator; and, where appropriate, should be counseled on specific steps that he or she can take to improve his or her editing in accordance with relevant policies and guidelines."

Vladimir Platonov again

Hello Amartin1910,

I noticed that you have removed some sourced material from the Vladimir Platonov article several times now each with similar edit summaries. Instead of removing it again, I invite you to go to the article talk page and begin a discussion on your concerns. If you simply remove the material again, I fear that sanctions may be imposed.
