Andy Kahn is an American jazz pianist, composer/arranger, and record producer. Kahn began playing the piano as a child, and has mostly performed his compositions since then. He has toured the United States performing concerts. He has also worked as a producer. In 1978 he produced the song "Hot Shot", which reach the number one spot on disco charts. In 2007, Kahn released a remix of "Hot Shot". In the 1980s he left the music industry to work with his family's business, but returned to music several years later.
