Panchakarma is cleansing of body according to Ayurveda. Panchakarma is a therapeutic way of eliminating toxic elements from the body.These are set of five (panch =five in sanskrit)procedures. They are Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, and Raktamokshana.
