Poway High School is situated in ], which is in the northern part of ], approximately 35 miles northeast of downtown ]. The campus covers 59 ] (238,765&nbsp;]).

Although currently under construction, the new PHS campus is on schedule to be complete in late 2008.

Poway's athletic teams, the Titans, compete in the ] and the ] (CIF) San Diego Section.

The school fields teams in 15 sports: ], ], ], ], ], ], ], ], ], ], ], ], ], ], ], and ].

Poway High's most successful athletic program is the wrestling program, which has won 3 state championships, 57 different CIF division awards, and numerous Palomar League awards. Poway High's success with wrestling can mostly be credited to coach Wayne Branstetter.
