WP:USG

Would you be interested in joining WikiProject United States Government? I only ask this because, after meeting you here, I wanted to see what you did and what you were all about (I looked through your contributions a bit; good work so far!). I noticed that you work with a lot of articles relating to legal systems and internationally courts. Maybe your experience could help us at WikiProject United States Government? Whatever works for you, and I wish you luck. L^BPub 08:38, 21 August 2008 (UTC)

Convention on the Rights of the Child

Thanks for your useful contributions on this. You mentioned in your edit summary that the section on criticism of US ratification was too long, which I agree with. I have been intending to do something about this for some time but I found myself arguing with another editor about the content of it. I think it would be useful to have a different point of view rather than getting into and edit war - would you consider having a go at editing this, providing a helpful third opinion? --Rbreen (talk) 14:50, 26 November 2008 (UTC)

DYK for Christmas massacres

Updated DYK query On January 12, 2009, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Christmas massacres, which you created or substantially expanded. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page.

That's a much better idea than adding a guess for her birth date, I'm an idiot. Thanks! WLU (t) (c) Misplaced Pages's rules:/complex 18:54, 17 April 2009 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for October 27

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Misplaced Pages appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Geraldine Kennedy, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Seán Doherty. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

ArbCom elections are now open!

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Misplaced Pages arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
