Please do not reinsert a speedy deletion tag for this article. Your speedy deletion nomination has already been reviewed and declined. Note that in your nomination you did not specify a valid WP:CDS criterion for deletion. You provided a verbal explanation, whereas a speedy deletion nomination must contain a reference to a specific WP:CSD criterion such as G1, G3, A7, etc. In this particular case, the only criterion that might possibly apply is WP:A7. However, the Martin Sekulić article does not qualify for speedy deletion under A7 either, and if you CSD tag it A7, that would be declined as well.
