Murphy Jensen is a professional tennis player from Ludington, Michigan.

Professional career

Jensen seemingly came out of nowhere in 1993 when he and his brother, Luke Jensen, captured the men's doubles title at the French Open. He quickly made headlines in the tennis world for his outstanding playing abilities, as well as his outlandish and unpredictable personality.

Since that time he has made his home in Hollywood, California, where he has acted in bit parts in films such as Wimbledon and more recently Tennis, Anyone. He also works as a host on the Tennis Channel, in the program Open Access. The show has him travel to different parts of the world where he gives insight into the private lives of tennis superstars.

Trivia

  • Jensen has a son, William (born 1999) with actress Robin Givens, whom he dated off and on from early 1998 into the 2000's.
