RE:Raistlin Quotes
Umm... what is this Raistlin wiki you speak of? I've heard nothing about it. DoomsDay349 22:28, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
- Oh. Now, I would refrain from that because it's fancruft, somewhat, and would probably be reverted. If you want to check out Dragonlance quotes and add to them, go to . I've done a lot of work there. DoomsDay349 22:36, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
Category:Orthodox Jewish Communities
On what basis have you decided that an Orthodox Jewish Community must "constitute the majority of the community population"? Alansohn 06:27, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
Please do not add nonsense to Misplaced Pages, as you did to Cedarhurst, New York. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. See this link for details of your recent vandalism. Removing content from an article constitutes vandalism and will not be tolerated. Alansohn 06:31, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, as you did to Cedarhurst, New York, you will be blocked from editing Misplaced Pages. See this link for details of your recent vandalism. Removing content from an article without justification constitutes vandalism and will not be tolerated. You have been warned. Alansohn 06:34, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
Removing warnings placed on a user talk page is considered vandalism. Please remember that you are free to add any other category you can justify, and as I have suggested before, you can add that Cedarhurst is an Italian-American community, if you feel that it is justified. As a matter of fact, Cedarhurst is included on the List of Italian-American neighborhoods, despite the fact that just over 15% of resident identified themselves as of Italian ancestry, well less than the 50% that would make the majority you feel should be specified. I have no issue with that. I wouldn't even think of editing the List of Italian neighborhoods to change the definition to the same majority rule you want to apply to the Orthodox communities category, or to remove Cedarhurst and the many other municipalities and neighborhoods where the Italian ancestry is under 50%. Why shouldn't Cedarhurst be listed as having an Orthodox Jewish Community which constitutes around half the population? And why should the category require a majority, when that rule isn't being applied for Italian neighborhoods? Alansohn 06:51, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
Would you be willing to reinsert the category or would you be OK if I reinserted it? Alansohn 06:57, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
