Tomasz Roguski review

In this edit I removed the review by Tomasz Roguski on the basis of WP:UNDUE as he seems to be very obscure and did not publish in a reliable source: the journal Glaukopis was described by Andrzej Żbikowski  as "a publication that has arisen mainly to rehabilitate unconditionally the wartime activities of the Narodowe Siły Zbrojne (NSZ)".
