You will notice almost everything he wrote was not even about the topic of that page, most of what he wrote was about a completely different system. CPU bit ratings are simply NOT determined by "the instruction set architecture" he insists on diverting to. You will notice almost everything he wrote was not even about the topic of that page, most of what he wrote was about a completely different system.
