Please add the following information and citation into the second paragraph of Section: Human Rights Concerns:

In September 2021, the ICC ordered an "official probe" into the possible human rights violations committed by Duterte. Judges reviewed evidence related to at least 204 victims. Prosecutor Karim Khan is expected to lead the investigation.

(It's possible that the word "victims" might violate WP:NPOV. However, that is what the source article calls them.)
