The primary format of the channel is pre-recorded interviews with a wide range of people, following the channel's brand line of "honest conversations with fascinating people", and has been described as "anti-woke" by The Times. Guests have included Jordan Peterson, Sam Harris, Douglas Murray, Andrew Doyle, Peter Hitchens, Mark Blyth, Andrew Adonis, Diana Fleischman, Scott Adams, Nicholas Gruen, Laurence Fox, Carl Benjamin, Melanie Phillips, Rod Liddle, John Curtice, Matthew Goodwin and Helen Dale.
In addition to the interview shows, they also produce twice-weekly Triggernometry RAW episodes which are delivered to camera by the two hosts, and are more comedic in style, with audience interaction.
Mainstream media coverage
The channel's 2023 interview with Neil deGrasse Tyson on the subject of "Have We Lost Trust in Science?" was widely reported upon, both by other YouTube channels, as well as in the mainstream media, because of Tyson's statements about transgender rights.

Triggernometry did an American 'roadtrip', which including appearing on the Joe Rogan Experience, on which they discussed with Joe Rogan about the restrictive nature of the British comedy scene.
