Wood Green School (established 1953 as a Comprehensive school) is a secondary school located in Oxfordshire (Oxon), UK which serves the town of Witney and surrounding villages such as North Leigh, Hailey and Finstock. Catering to ages 11-18, the school hosts approximately 1200 students each year. A bid for Specialist School Status was launched on 1st December 2003 beginning with a request for £50,000 from parents, this target was reached on February 2005. The head teacher is Miss C. J. Savage.
