Gaël Monfils defeated Zizou Bergs in the final, 6–3, 6–4 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2025 ASB Classic. It was his 13th ATP Tour title. Aged 38 years and 131 days old, Monfils became the oldest men's singles champion since the ATP Tour was established in 1990, and the third-oldest champion in the Open Era.

Alejandro Tabilo was the defending champion, but lost in the second round to Nishesh Basavareddy.
